What was the highlight of Novotel Sydney West HQ

Exceptional

I stayed in Novotel for my bodybuilding competition and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, very quiet and peaceful at night with comfy beds so had a great sleep. Unfortunately couldn’t use the restaurant for breakfast but the staff was kind enough to put a microwave in the reception for reheating our own meals which was very much appreciated thank you again!

What was the highlight of Novotel Sydney West HQ

We dealt with cleaning staff most of all and they were most accommodating

Everything, staff were great. Amenities excellent we were there for a football carnival so our son enjoyed using the pool.

It became incredibly crowded with the body building event and we decided to come home a day earlier, I know that we booked and paid for the night we came home but it would've been good if the venue did refund even half of the money for the night we didn't stay. This will always remain in my mind and steer me away from staying next time we come to Sydney.

Wonderful

I've stayed many times at the Novotel hotel in Rooty Hill and it's always been a Great experience I can't say enough about There exceptional service and always there to help you in any way Thank You too the staff at Rooty Hill Novotel HQ I'll be definitely returning again very soon.

I couldn't fault them there staff are exceptional.

Comfortable accommodation in Sydney's west.

Definitely the largest hotel room we've ever stayed in, extremely comfortable room and within metres of all the facilities the club HQ West had to offer. The hotel is well placed for this part of western Sydney.

Clean and comfortable

The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, and parking was convenient.

Breakfast was only served until 9am.

Great place for food, entertainment and a step away from the gymnastics center. A Must stay place

The room was spacious, and the bed was great. There was a great desk a shay lounge chair and plenty of room to do a bit of yoga. the gym was great, large had everything, steam rooms were amazing. If you like to swim they had an amazing Olympic size swimming pool.

My view was of the unfortunate street. There was no spa pool, and the actual pool was a public lap pool, not a lounge regular hotel pool. I didn't like that the gym was in a different building, the staff at the gym wasn't that welcoming
